TEDx Headed to Charlottesville
Locals gain an opportunity to listen to ideas of those around them
On Friday, November 13th, TEDx is coming to Charlottesville to present ideas to hundreds of people who are eagerly awaiting the event.
This sold-out event is a chance for people to share their opinions on what would happen if individuals suspended their judgment in everyday life. Speakers from all over are coming to the conference including freshman, Maddie Waters.
TEDx is an independent event in Charlottesville, while the actual TED talk is held in Long Beach, California.
It’s a place for individuals to present their ideas on topics relating to changing the world, and Ms. Hoza’s Psych II class is headed to listen to the variety of speakers there.
The long-awaited event is a chance for listeners to ask questions about the world around them and spark curiosity in both the young and old viewers.
