Jell-O Haikus
Colorful, wonderful, jiggly
June 4, 2014
Jell-o, how are you?
I ate a lot of Jell-o
And wrote some haikus
They won’t be useful,
Practically speaking. But, still,
I hope you enjoy
Postscript: These are weird
I wrote them in exam week
Do not pass judgment
Lemon:
So-called “evil” fruit
But I say: you are simple,
Beautifully simple
Raspberry (razzbarey):
Since when does this word
Have a ‘p’ in it. I will
spell it: razzbarey
Island Pineapple:
Island pineapple
You are like gold woven by
Rumpelstiltskin. Word.
Orange:
Flavor, you’re not real
But I love you anyway
Please don’t ever change
Berry Blue:
My childhood lied
You tasted better in youth
I miss the old you
Cherry Lemonade:
At first I thought that
This would be not tasty. BUT
it was pretty good
Cherry:
‘twas like black cherry
But not as good.
I prefer darkness
Black Cherry:
Cherry’s evil twin
Darker, bolder, naughtier
The hotter sister
Fruit punch:
Ima fruit punch you
hard. If you eat this flavor
I’ll leave it at that
Melon Fusion:
What are fused melons
Why would you fuse melons, jerk?
Waterdewmelope?
Grape:
I have some grape gripes
Mostly, it was just boring
It left me snoring
Lime:
I literally
Can’t think of a single thing
To say about this
