Heon’s Peach Crisp

Recipe from Nichole Heon


2 lbs Peach Slices

1 Cup flour

1 cup Sugar

¼ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Cinnamon

Add butter

8 inch pan


Preheat oven to 375. Place peaches into pan after buttering. Sift flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon into bowl. Sprinkle crumbs over peaches. Add some brown sugar. Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 mins until topping is golden brown and peaches are tender. Serve peach crisp w/ vanilla icing.
